Angelina is a parisian tea room, located at 226 rue de Rivoli, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. It is famous for its French specialties such as hot chocolate and mont blanc. The salon was founded in 1903 by the Austrian confectioner Antoine Rumpelmayer, whom he named “Angelina” in honor of his daughter-in-law of the same name. In 1980, the tearoom welcomed the shooting of the film La Boum 2 during a few scenes with Sophie Marceau and Denise Gray. Very cool. In January 2005, Angelina was taken over by the Bertrand group.
